Introduction to the "Maya" Software

What is Maya?

Maya is a 3D software with many generalized capabilities, such as Modeling, Rigging, Lighting, Animation.

Maya is not the only software with generalized 3D capabilities.
However, Maya is widely considered to be the "industry standard," at least among larger animation companies.
